Job Responsibilities
1. Negative wheat semiconductor packaging process and verification;
2. Responsible for packaging process control, improve packaging yield and production efficiency, and deal with abnormal production lines;
3. Preparation and revision of work instructions, inspection standards and other documents;
4. Research and development of new equipment, new materials and new processes; 5. Work requirements temporarily arranged by superiors.
Job requirements
Fresh graduates with full-time undergraduate degree or above in science and engineering majors in semiconductor, materials, physics, machinery, etc., master's degree is preferred.
