Nanjing Ree-chip Top Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established on January 22, 2021. The company is
located in Pukou Economic Development Park, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to the Yangtze River and the Laoshan Forest National Park. It has a total investment of 880 million RMB and covers an area of nearly 5,100m², including a clean room of 4,100m².
RCT has established three high-reliability packaging production platforms: ceramic packaging, plastic packaging, FC & SiP(System in Package) packaging. The annual manufacturing capacity has achieved to 3.5 kk of ceramic packages, 2 kk of plastic packages, and 500k of SiP packages.
RCT has the assembly capability with more than 300 kinds of package , which can ensure turnkey solution for customers’requirements, especially in highly reliable packaging , with the applications of CPU, GPU, FPGA, DSP, AD/DA. etc.
In recent years，RCT has been developing rapidly with leading manufacturing capabilities which are highly recognized by our customer.
